‭ Cancellations & Rescheduling‬

‭ Payments‬

‬‭ A non-refundable deposit is required via PayPal or Square to secure your booking‬
‬‭ Remaining balance payable by cash or bank transfer after appointment‬
‬‭ If paying cash, please bring the exact amount — no leaving to withdraw nearby‬

‭ Hair Drop-Off‬

‬‭ Hair must be dropped off 4–5 days before your appointment‬
‬‭ You can post your hair or hand it in. Drop-off instructions will be emailed after booking‬
‬‭ Drop-off box is available 24/7 at the salon‬
‬‭ Include on your package: Name, Service type, Appointment date, and Head‬
‭ measurement (for wigs)‬
